Well this stamp is really lovely by Crafters Companion and called  Flutterby Wishes it is a rotational stamp. Stamp designed to be rotated in 90° increments to create a full 360° background this is the link to the stamp http://tidd.ly/f9ef5ebd

Firstly I took a base card 8 x 8 in white with scalloped edge then a nice green mat measuring 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 then my piece for stamping is 7 x 7.

I took 4 colours and then stamped my first layer rotated 90 degree's stamped again in second colour and you do this 4 times to get this beautiful result.

I couldn't think of a sentiment so have left it blank until I needed.

Go Wild On Your Birthday

Well I don't normally use a die like this but hey there is a first time for everything. I feel in love with the cute Giraffe . You need the Peek A Boo Giraffe die and a window arch die and a die cutting machine to make this card.

I die cut my pieces and then it was so easy to put it all together I coloured my giraffe and I also coloured the back of him so when you look in the card there is the back of the cute Giraffe. I also put a coordinating panel inside my card so it matches the outside.

I stamped the Go and the On Your Birthday and snipped the ends to make them like a banner.

The stamps used where Crafter Companion Budding Hydrangeas Stamp set there are matching dies but I haven't used those yet maybe next time.

Here is a lovely big card A5 in size base card is white and my mats are 8 x 5 1/2 then 7 3/4 x 5 1/4 and for stamping white piece of card 7 1/2 x 5.

I haven't done much blending with the tri blend pens and to be honest I only have this one pen so thought I would try it out to see what I thought and to decided if I would buy more.

Happy Anniversary Card

I brought a crafter's inspiration magazine from Crafter's Companion  over six months ago and I was having a tidy and came across it so decided to have a look what was in the box. I took the magazine out and this card was one of the projects I really enjoyed making this card. This is one of three cards I have done three different occasions and colours . I have just matted each layer with tape on this card.

Here are the measurements for the card. Base card 8 x 8 Black Mat 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 Beige mat 7 1/8 x 7 1/8
Next you need you mat for the middle White 7 1/8 x 7 1/8 this was the size of my mat which I have die cut my word HAPPY This came with the magazine.  Black mat 4 7/8 x 4 7/8 White mat for stamping 4 3/4 x 4 3/4. I have used the stencil that came with the magazine and blended Beige ink to get my centre piece. The Anniversary is also a stamp this magazine was a great buy.

Like card two I have raised the centre piece with foam stripes so it is away from the Beige card.
