I would just like to say merry Christmas to all that follow my blog I hope you all have a wonderful time. Get lots of lovely pressies.
Sorry for the lack of posts but I work full time as a postie and it is a very busy time for me and I just don't get much time to sit and craft I really need to get ahead so I can blog all the time even through the busy posting time. Something to work on for next year.
I do hope you will all continue to follow me and please feel free to leave comments on my posts as I love to see what you think of the cards and projects I make and post for you all to see.
I just love this cat and I thought I would colour it in bright colours to make it a funky cat.
My base card is Black A6 and a white mat measuring 5 1/2 x 3 3/4 which I stamped my cat on with my Gina K Amalgam ink pad and then I coloured with blend pens. The cat is from the Dylusions set called Cat Among the Pigeons. So a very quick and easy card to make.
I could not think of a sentiment for this card any suggestions? Leave me any idea's you have.
To make this card I took a black base card A6 in size I then cut a piece of red glitter card slightly smaller then I had my tree on gold card left from another project I decided to cut this down and it looked a bit bland so I added some pearls to look like baubles and I am happy with this.
I also had the sentiment this is from when I was playing with my foil press I really am enjoying my foil press and will do a You Tube showing the Foil Press really soon.
Here are the card sizes and products I used to make these cards
I took 3 pieces of card White, Red and Black measuring 10 x 7 and scored them at 5
I then got 3 pieces of black card measuring 6 3/4 x 4 5/8.
I used card double sided tape and daubers from my stash other products I used are from Crafter's Companion and are listed below with links in case you would like to view them it will cost you nothing to view the products though I may earn a small commission should you purchase any products.
For these two cards I used a base card A6 with mat to stamp and colour my images.
I took a base A6 card in Black I then took a piece of water colour paper for my mat. I then got some Aqua pens and a water brush I used my Kingfisher and Yellow Aqua pen mixed them together with my water pen to make a green and then swiped my flat brush across the water colour mat to get my background.
I then took my water colour Finesse Spectrum noir ink pad to stamp my tree and then again used and my greeting and then coloured my baubles with my water colour pens too. I love this a effect.
Change of colour for my base card this time I have used a deep red and a white piece of card for my mat. I used my black ink pad again to stamp my image and sentiment. To colour I have used blend pens .
I used card from my stash and my aqua pens are from a kit my stamp sets are Tim Holtz Christmas Blueprint my sentiment is from a retired Stampin' Up! Sassy Salutations.
My affiliate links to products used if you would like to go view this cost you nothing. Though I may earn a small commission should you make a purchase.

My sentiments came from the stamp set by Visible Image called So much Stronger and I used the Gina K amalgam ink pad Black.

I just love this Snowman die I have tried to ways of adhering it to
the card once cut. I used glue bit fiddly and then I used the self adhesive sheets put the card onto this then die cut so just a peel and stick . I found this the best way.
The cards are what I had in my stash it's amazing what you find when having a tidy up I have found so many nice cards and papers so now I need to use them up.
I got the snowman die from Craft stash this is the link

This bauble is so easy to make I got the die in my Crafters Companion magazine and all the details where in the magazine. I found it was best to use self adhesive sheet on the back of the card for the fancy front made life easier when sticking it to the acetate. On Thursday I will share the bauble card I made and on Sunday I will post the video so you can see just how easy it is to make the bauble and the bauble card.

Totally different size card for me a DL I think is the proper name for this size.
I took a cream card and then a piece of beige card and used a brick wall embossing folder to make my wall. I then die cut my dogs in white and used a dauber to colour and shade them I wanted them to all be different. I used a black pen for there eyes and noses.
I raised them with foam pads to give dimension and the sentiment is raised too.
I just love this sea Horse stamp This time I have taken a base card in a dark navy 11 3/4 x 4 1/8 and scored at 5 7/8 I then used a white base mat 5 7/8 x 3 7/8 . Used a blending tool to blend the ink over my mat so it has a marbled effect next I took my stamp and stamped my Sea horse and my sentiment. A very quick and easy card.
For this card I have used the same size but sectioned of 3 parts and blended different colours I left ta little white gap as I thought it looked nice this way and again just stamped my Sea horse and sentiment.
