Card that has pockets for photo's or to journal on

I saw this on a Facebook page and thought I really must have a go at making this. I thought you could put photo's on the pull outs piece and you could do this and send to someone would make a lovely little gift. Or you could journal on them this is it all folded up and kept together with a belly band.

This what you have inside all pull out and the middle piece you can either stick down    or leave loose like I said before you could place photo's on or journal or a bit of both.
