Stencil back grounds

I love to make my own back grounds and stencils are a great way to do them. Just a few daubers and some ink pads. I used the Tim Holtz Oxides they are great for blending.

I have stamped another Crazy cat and then stamped the little fish bone all the way round to make an edge and I tried some brown Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens to shade and I think I have done well I am getting used to shading but still have a long way to go.

I have used my Tim Holtz Crazy Cats stamp set here I stamped my cats and then coloured them using the Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens and have shaded them . This is my first play with these's pens and I am happy with the results.

Colourful Giraffe Card

Some more colour wash back ground I love doing these back grounds as they can be what ever colour you like and I have just been using my spectrum Noir Sparkle pens these colours are from the Coastal Cottage set I really must invest in some more sets as I love the sparkle you get .

My Giraffe stamp used is a Woodware stamp I just love it.

My Tim Holtz 3d Embossing folder Mechanic back grounds

Firstly I used some lovely gun metal card love the result just need to make a card with it now I think I will make it Male themed so watch my blog to see what I do with this.

This time I have used plain black card stock and then rubbed my metallic gold ink over it love how this has turned out.

Finally I used my Silver metallic ink pad to rub over I just need to make my card from my lovely back grounds now.

Dylusions Cat amoung the Pigeon cards

I just love this cat from the Dylusions set called Cat among the Pigeons. I have used my water colour card stock and my Spectrum noir sparkle pens these colours are from the Coastal Cottage I did a colour wash background the picture doesn't show the sparkle as well as if seen in real time.

This is my second card using the same pens and a water colour wash before stamping my bird. These birds are so different to your normal every day bird.

Triple Stamping Happy Valentine's Day Card

Triple stamping again but this is set straight sizes are the same as my tilted card I just didn't tilt my layers.

Base card 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Mat 3 1/4 x 4 1/2
Mat 2 1/4 x 3 1/2 all these are Yellow for my card
